I just want you to know that this page was built for you. Yes, YOU. Right there, the one struggling to keep it together, just looking for any sign that your pain matters to anyone.
And you know what? What you are going through absolutely matters because YOU matter. And it probably doesn't feel that way right now, because when you're in crisis, it's hard to see anything clearly through the storm going on inside you.
Let me be the calm in the storm. Take a breath.
My hope is that, when you're ready, you can find a great therapist to support you. But in the meantime…
Let's get you the help you need, one simple step at a time.
Crisis Lines
If you're struggling with high stress, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts these numbers can help. Remember if you're in danger right now, call 911.

Talk to a family member
Someone who loves you would want to sit in this with you.
Talk to a friend
Family isn't always the safest option. A close friend can hold this with you just as well.
Reach out to your therapist
If you already have an established therapist, reach out to them. They may not be able to respond immediately or may hold it for session, but I'm sure they'd want to know that you are struggling.
Do you have a safety plan?
It's easy to forget it exists when you're deep in it, that's normal, not a failure. If you have one, see if you can find it now. If you don't, or can't get to it, that's okay too.
Browsing Safely
If someone might look at what you've been reading, there's a Quick Exit button in the bottom corner of every page here. It takes you straight to a weather page, no confirmation, no questions. You can also press Escape three times.
One thing you should know, because we'd rather tell you than let you assume it: that button leaves the page, but it does not erase where you've been. Your browser still has a history.
If you want to leave less behind, open a private window before you browse. It's called Incognito in Chrome and Edge, and Private Browsing in Safari and Firefox. Pages you open in one aren't saved to your history after you close it.
And if home isn't a safe place right now, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788. They can talk through safety planning with you, including the digital kind.
You Deserve Support
You are not alone, and you deserve care.
This page is a list of resources, not a monitoring service. If you're in immediate danger, please call 911.
